Our guest, Shahar Kovetz was born and raised in Israel. He was drawn to the world of energetics and martial arts from a young age and immersed himself in the world of kung fu at age 11 and started teaching at Yaloon College at 15.
Combining his two loves, yoga and martial arts, Shahar opened his own multi-level school in Israel called Arjuna School for Martial Artz Body and Mind, where he taught both yoga and martial arts classes and courses. He now lives in St. Petersburg with his wife, teaching martial arts and yoga to children, teens, and adults.
