A legend that has a few different origins ranging from: An accident near an asylum involving patients a trail of dead bunnies and a man hanging from a bridge that is basically a tunnel, but it also involves a hook man-ish origin where two kids parked on a road are accosted by a man in a Bunny Costume screaming at them to get off the private property with the encounter ending in a hatchet through the window. Since that sighting there was multiple other sightings of a man in a bunny costume wielding an axe adamant about people getting off private property.
