I was so overwhelmed when I became an owner and an active child care center director 18 years ago. There were so many things to do, so many people needed me, and so many things needed to be fixed! Coming from a corporate background I knew I needed to figure something out to help me get the operations and business responsibilities done while having time to improve and implement fun new things.
