Week 8 and what a week it was! Dublin Bay Raptors, MU Hurricanes, Trinity, Westmeath Minotaurs, Dublin Rebels and the Edenderry Eagles battled it out in the Summer Shield Tournament Final with the Eagles ultimately coming out on top and maintaining their undefeated run.
The Donegal Derry Vipers and Antrim Jets won their fixtures against the Causeway Giants and the NI Razorbacks, respectively, meaning that the Donaghy Group Cup final will see a repeat of the group's week1 fixture of the Jets vs Vipers.
Looking ahead; with the SD Panthers unable to field a team, this weekend will see the Rebels @ Trojans friendly and the return of Wolfhounds kitted training.
