In 2015 I went to see a hypnotist, to see if she could help me stop smoking for good.

This was before I'd learnt what I now know about what creates habits and drives behaviour and I was struggling with how to embed the change. I knew I needed some expert support.

The woman I saw quite literally changed my life and I haven't smoked since. She also opened my mind to the ability we all have to change things that no longer serve us.

My guest today is Erika Flint. An award-winning hypnotist with a big heart.

She shares her personal 'wake-up call' of what brought her to re-training to help others create and cement life-changing steps. She has a clear philosophy of what can most support us in making and managing change. I loved the conversation and I hope you do too.
