Yoga Nidra is top of my personal self-care tool-kit.
I use it for the long-term benefits it brings AND as a form of first aid whenever I feel tired and want to regather my energy, or if I feel that something is overwhelming me and I need to restore my sense of balance.
If you're driving or walking or working on something, wait until you're somewhere you can fully relax and do nothing at all.
Yoga Nidra is something I often recommend to clients as its benefits are immediate and lasting. And I'm seeing the need for this kind of deep self-care all around me - in myself, in clients and in those I love and care for.
So, in this penultimate episode of series 3 of the podcast, with everything we are all experiencing right now, I felt it could be the right time to give ourselves this gift of deep rest and relaxation.
This is a chance to put everything down, to settle in and allow yourself to fully relax.
The instructions are simple. Lie down. Get comfortable. Put a blanket over you. And listen to my voice.
