In this episode I’m sharing how we have pivoted our life and our business during a global pandemic. As of the recording of this episode, here in the San Francisco Bay Area, we’ve been in a Shelter-in-Place situation for nearly 7 weeks. These are a few of the things we’ve adjusted as we lean into this new normal.
Lessons learned:
Have a schedule for our kids and our family
Set boundaries
Focus on our online training side of our business and our #GetSocialSmart Academy
Being sensitive to not take advantage of this time
Be a helper
Reaching out to past clients and friends just to touch base
