As much as I love social media – it is not the silver bullet. Social media will never replace a handshake, a hug, a phone call or a handwritten note. Social media is an incredible medium but should never replace a real conversation. This podcast shares my thoughts about this and a few actionable tips for you to take the online – offline!

- Don’t be afraid to call someone out of the blue
- Sometimes it’s important take the online offline – things get lost in translation
