Avoiding any emotion only makes it worse to feel that emotion because when we face it, we end up trying to manage it instead of just feel it. The problem isn’t feeling bad, the problem comes when we indulge in bad feelings and use them to justify our actions. In this episode we talk about that’s being ok with and even becoming good at experiencing negative emotions. The more comfortable you become with being uncomfortable, the stronger you will become because emotional resilience is built by going through all of it, not resisting it.
