Reflecting is one of those things we hear successful people talk about but rarely actually take time to do ourselves. Reflecting does not need to be reserved for big life events or lessons; when employed daily, weekly or monthly, we give ourselves the chance to notice our own behavior, thought patterns and can learn from our mistakes. It also gives us proof of all the amazing things going well. So what questions can we ask to make reflections most effective?
