Richard V. Reeves is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and former Director of Strategy to the Deputy Prime Minister of the UK. He is the author of John Stuart Mill – Victorian Firebrand (2007) and Dream Hoarders: How the American Upper Middle Class Is Leaving Everyone Else in the Dust, Why That Is a Problem, and What to Do about It (2017). He is also an MTS student in the Orthodox School of Theology at Trinity College, Toronto. Richard has a BA from Oxford University and a PhD in Philosophy from Warwick University.
