His previous roles include CEO of Vera, CRO at MongoDB (through IPO), SVP-Sales at ClearSlide, SVP-Sales at DynamicOps (acquired by VMware), AVP at BMC Software/BladeLogic and others. Carlos holds an M.B.A from Troy University as well as a B.A. from the University of Miami and lives in San Francisco with his wife, son, daughter and dog.
