In this class we will practice yin yoga and hold the postures for a longer period of time. We will mainly sit or lie down. We will move the spine in different directions: twists, side bends, forward folds and backbends and focus on self-compassion. The class includes breathwork (pranayama) and ends with a guided relaxation (shavasana).
