Description

John Millman is an Australian professional tennis player who has managed to reach number 33 in the world. In this episode of 120 Grit he chats to us about how he took an unusual path getting into the game and how hard he had to work on his journey towards success.

We talk about everything that has happened to him along the way, from sleeping in train stations in Milan, to recovering from a potentially career-ending shoulder injury, all the way to playing and winning against Roger Federer. Coming from such a high pressure background means that John brings us some really valuable insights about managing mental health, mindfulness and cultivating great support networks.

We hope you enjoy listening to this one just as much as we enjoyed recording it.
