The biggest changes we see are how much the franchisors are doing at the corporate level to support the franchisees. In this scenario, all of the brands and franchisees within those brands are part of the same family.
This format creates a lot of franchise experience at the senior level. We are seeing a lot of combined effort and technology implemented to take things off of the plate of the franchise owners which allows them to do what they do best - serve their customers.
