As well, we skirt the edges of the ongoing Collapse and while poking the beast make the observation that while the Plague is being dialed-down the next assault is already being prepped for roll-out. In hour two we pick apart a few of the recent, highly dramatic implosions on the general area of The Right (whatever that means)--mass murder, pretense, lies, absolute degeneracy. There's too much fetid material not to investigate briefly vis a vis Hoffman's contention that a great deal of The Spectacle is really about shame, humiliation, and the creation of mass-despair by way of general degradation. "You're stupid and you'll never win."
As ever, we mix up this foul brew, perform our own alchemical turns and reformulate things into a positive.
