Ethan grew up on a family farm but also worked in various industries like Oil & Gas, construction, and manufacturing. His education consisted of only technical school at WyoTech in Laramie WY, learning automotive and how to build racecar chassis. Ethan is also a member of the Wichita Manufacturers Association, an affiliate of the Chamber, where he serves on the executive board as president in 2021. He has participated in several different entrepreneurial programs in Kansas. From the Launch A Business program at K-State 2015, LaunchPrep at WSU 2018, to the Manufacturer’s Round Table at the Wichita Chamber in 2019. Showcased at the 2015 Commodity Classic, an event produced by several national farm organizations. Chem-Blade was selected as one of two winners in a 2014 national ag inventor contest.
