We wanted to start this podcast in the right way, bringing today's guest Jon Shepard, who has been the person who started everything in our family. He instilled in us the knowledge and passion for entrepreneurship, and now we are following in his footsteps.

 

In this episode, we will know the story of Jon, an entrepreneur who has dedicated himself to real estate doing it successfully. He will talk to us about how he got started in real estate, how to get a great deal, and his strategy behind them. Also, we will learn about the role that taxes play in investments. ABOUT JON SHEPARD

 

Jon Shepard was born in Eugene, lived in Portland. He is a proud father, entrepreneur, and adamant about investing in real estate. He is also a bridge player passionate about sailboats and water.

With over 40 years of career, he has owned more than 34 houses and sells others.
