[09:43] The biggest challenge was forcing myself to go out there and deal with the massive amount of rejection. Once I started to make sales though, my mind started to shift a bit and I realized that you’ll start to get used to it over time.
[15:36] The majority of what we do is Lead conversion. The first thing that we usually look for is to look for leads and once you have them, you’ve got to convert them. If you don’t convert those into deals, somehow all the leads in the world are worthless. Lead generation is great but converting a lead into a deal is where we focus.

At the end of the day, a sale is a sale, the way people make decisions whether you are a small or big business, it doesn’t change how human beings think or make decisions. Whether it’s a small or big client, in and out of real estate investment, we teach the exact same thing.
[23:40] The most successful sales team that we trained did not come from real estate nor sales, they’re just good people who can follow directions. At the end of the day, sales are like any other part of the organization. It’s a process, a checklist that needs to be repeated over and over again.

What I’ve learned from my experience is that there’s a lot to lose, but if you keep on losing, inevitably you get enough wins to keep on climbing up that ladder. It’s not just taking action but it’s about not giving up.
