Keeley O’Brien is the CEO and President of O’Brien Company and LLC. With more than three decades of experience in the construction and development industries, Keeley began his career in construction as a Laborer digging ditches. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in both Construction Engineering Management and Business Administration. Keeley has worked on a diverse array of projects that ranged from light rail construction in New Jersey to luxury condo development in Arizona. [04:50] Real estate and construction are probably the most grinding industry there is but also the most rewarding. Because at the end of the day, when you see all these people enjoying that year and a half’s work that you put into this beautiful winery, or brand-new hotel and they’re having fun. You can say “I did that” and it’s super rewarding that way.

If we can get rid of all those items, it’s gonna be faster, clients will be happier and there’s a lot less frown in the field. Because our clients can actually visualize it before we even start the construction, we like the real-time design changing so that’s what we’re pushing hard for.
[17:46] What is really powerful in my mind is the custom building of unique stuff. If you can master this technology, it will make this very complex and challenging project a lot simpler and that's our ultimate goal - to make design and construction simple.

Things have changed so much and we are starting in this industry where it’s just mind-blowing, you just can’t almost keep up with it. You just need to spend some time and learn, especially the visualization side of it.
