Welcome to the 30th episode of Yesterday's Capers. Every week, Abdullah Moallim will be reviewing and looking back at some of the most memorable and well known tv shows and cartoons from the past. Every week Abdullah and a contributor will compare two different shows, and put them head to head, as well as having an in-depth discussion about a specific show.
For the next month, we'll be taking a look at some of the best female led cartoons and television shows, to commemorate Women's History Month.
This week we take a look at some truly outstanding female led cartoon as we put Braceface, with Sharon Spitz up against the brilliant As Told by Ginger and Ginger Foutley.
And we take a special look at the exceptional character and cartoon, Daria. We talk about how Daria defined a generation and why it ended up being one of MTV's biggest success stories. We also talk about episodes of this great show and why Daria is the way she is.
