Description

Welcome to the 37th episode of Yesterday's Capers. Every week, Abdullah Moallim will be reviewing and looking back at some of the most memorable and well known tv shows and cartoons from the past. Every week Abdullah and a contributor will compare two different shows, and put them head to head, as well as having an in-depth discussion about a specific show.

This week we've got another stop motion animation episode as we put 80s classic Charlie Chalk up against 90s classic Oakie Doke.

And we take a special look at Noddy and all of its incarnations throughout the years. We talk about the origins of Noddy and we talk about the many versions of Noddy that appeared on our television screens, such Noddy's Toyland Adventures, Make Way for Noddy and Noddy in Toyland.

And we talk about the controversial author Enid Blyton and how the original versions of Noddy were seen to be racist and offensive  to many.
