2. Beg, Borrow and Steal as much as you can! (A STL model that gets us CLOSE to the solution)
3. Modify an existing STL to fit our needs
4. Revision

2. Tinkercad
3. 3D Printer
4. 120mm fan
   • Cooler Master (69CFM - 19db - 12v) (~$8)
   • Artic F12 (5 pack - 74CFM - 25db - 1,350 rpm - 5-12 volt operation) (~$4/each)
5. 6" Ducting $18

Segment Procedure:

1. Search for and download a STL file for an object that can interface with a 120mm fan
2. Create a suitable duct collar
3. Mate the Duct Collar with the STL file
4. Print!
5. Revise

Curling Prints

"Bacon" is what happens when your extruded material cools, shrinks, and pulls off the printing surface. There are a variety of solutions to this problem including:

• Heated printing surfaces (So that the print cools EVENLY)
• Insulating your print area (to decrease the thermal variance across the print)
• Adhesives
  • Aquanet (Unsented Extra Super Hold) ~$22 for 6
  • Glue Stick $1

Generic Filament
