It’s also central to Boston’s Black History which is the city’s history. With Embrace Boston’s Imari Paris Jeffries leading the way, we’ll observe Black History Month, with a focus on the importance of Black art and culture.
Then it’s all about fashion. Fashion as armor, fashion as language, fashion as identity. theo tyson, the Fashion Arts curator at the Museum of Fine Arts, joins us to talk about how clothing is central to the social fabric.
Finally, the Worcester Art Museum offers a cure for the winter blues, by giving new meaning to wall flowers. We’ll get a preview of their Flora in Winter events–a four day floral takeover.
