Description

What is love, and how can it affect your overall well-being?

Lower blood pressure, feeling less stressed and a stronger immune system are just some of the benefits of experiencing love. In this episode, we explore the profound effect that high-quality interactions and expressions of love – romantic, platonic, even between strangers – can have on both physical and mental health. The fleeting and often overlooked moments of shared positivity might seem insignificant, yet could hold the key to enhancing our daily lives. We look at what research shows, share personal anecdotes on how to enhance everyday interactions and how love can be used to measure a variety of health qualifiers.
