With a running time equal to the girth of the prosthetic dick in its famous last scene, Paul Thomas Anderson's "Boogie Nights" left a lasting impression on young Eric. Mirroring the subject matter of LA's porn industry, this movie has its emotional up-and-downs. Above all, Boogie Nights has an amazing cast that deliver on their performances matched only by Anderson's direction. Tyler proves himself to be a person capable of empathy and was also the only one of us to know that Burt Reynolds is dead--good job, Tyler! Tucker also has one of the saddest prom stories I've ever heard--listen til the end.
