EPISODE 5, Amber and Jade go deep into their contrasting experience of business, personal drive, appetite for risk and connection to the term “boss bitch”. As Jade describes it, “the full hardy bravery” required to dig in, work hard and build a career of passion and self advocacy. Amber reflects with some seriousness, on her approach to “failing fast” and the risk v reward attitude that drove her success after she fled a domestic violence situation, starting a business and raising a child on her own.
