Description

In this episode, we tackle the critical issue of justice in Arkansas, focusing on the disparities between the well-funded Attorney General's office and underfunded Public Defenders Commission.  Joined by Kwami Abdul-Bey, a candidate for the House of Representatives, we explore recent news about funding requests and raises, the systemic inequities impacting working poor, and the urgent need to create a state office of Public Defenders with equal resources to the Attorney General.  We underscore the importance of civic engagement and advocate for systemic changes to ensure fair representation and justice for all Arkansans.
