Agents of SHIELD S7E1 featured the return of Phil Coulson, though in LMD form. Agent Jemma Simmons has transported the team on the newly upgraded Zephyr to 1931 New York City. Along with Coulson & Simmons, Agents Daisy Johnson, Deke Shaw, Elena “Yo-Yo” Rodriguez, Director Alphonso “Mack” Mackenzie, & sentient Chronicom, trusted friend Enoch are on a mission to stop the Chronicoms from destroying S.H.I.E.L.D. in the past to take over Earth in the future. Meanwhile, Agent Leo Fitz’s location is unknown, while Agent Melinda May is, well, we’re not sure what May is yet. But we do know there’s a Malick who’s up to no good.
