In Agents of SHIELD S7E11, Nathaniel Malick infiltrates Jemma’s brain to try and find Fitz, while Kora infiltrates the Lighthouse. Trying to be unpredictable, Daisy, Mack, & Sousa follow Malick & the Zephyr into space, leaving May & Coulson to deal with Kora, who claims to want to join S.H.I.E.L.D. After a couple of failed interrogations, Kora knocks out the power to the Lighthouse, which somehow allows Sybil to slither into the network. And it’s a little unclear as to whose side Coulson is actually on. Meanwhile, Malick digs into Jemma’s brain, activating an apparent failsafe that causes Jemma’s to completely forget Fitz’s existence. In cooperation with Sybil (and possibly an unwitting Coulson), Malick & the Chronicoms destroy every S.H.I.E.L.D. base worldwide. Malick & Kora are reunited on the Zephyr, though Kora doesn’t seem as comfortable after learning that Malick killed Jiaying.
