Today we had our very own Aggie Tusnadi on the show to discuss yoga, mobility, the importance of movement and dig a little deeper into the origins of yoga as a holistic meditation practice. Yoga as a practice is well over 5,000 years old and has gone through many transformations in that time. We discuss the modern form of yoga as an exercise practice as well as some of its philosophical origins. Aggie offers some fantastic insights and shares some of her experiences from teaching yoga for over 10 years.
