Our guests for this episode are Lucy Bradlow and Bronwen Bock, who are seeking to become Australia's first job-share candidate in the Australian Senate. They have formed the Better Together Party and while some bumps in their legal proceedings mean they won't be able to run in this year's election, they're aiming for 2028!
Together with them, we break down how job-sharing would actually work in Parliament, what it would mean for public governance and what it truly takes to change the system.
