Hamidreza Etebarian is the Co-founder and CEO of Offerland, a vancouver-based technology company. He has become the top 30 under 30 in British Columbia, Canada in 2022. Before starting his journey as an entrepreneur, Hamid was a structural engineer at Glotman Simpson, where he was involved in more than a dozen residential and commercial tower projects in North America. Hamid earned his MASc. in Structural Engineering from UBC and his BASc. in Civil Engineering from Sharif University, Iran.
Founded in 2019, Offerland is a real estate technology company on a mission to drive digital transformation in the real estate industry. Offerland has created multiple valuation products for the real estate industry including its automated market rent estimation tool that is leveraging advanced machine learning technology and the most extensive rental databases in Canada.
