Pat McCabe was a cable sports television executive who was living the dream. He gave it all up to become the headmaster of an elementary school, and is now the co-founder of Ready to Succeed, a nonprofit that is empowering foster and first generation college students to graduate college, launch successful careers, and reach their full potential.
