Dustin Tester is the founder and CEO of Maui Surfer Girls, a surf school on the island of Maui that empowers people with self-esteem through surfing and mentorship. Dustin is a big wave surfer, and is among some of the earliest women to surf Jaws. Surfing saved her life, and she has dedicated herself to giving that same gift to thousands of others.
