In this episode I discuss how good nutrition is not one size fits all. Nutrition is personal. I recall my journey to discovering what healthy actually means and my experiences with slimming clubs. I share my perogative with the Nourish, Move & Shine program and how it incorporates my idea of a healthy diet. I discuss whole foods, minimally processed foods and processed foods and their place in a healthy, balanced diet. I also discuss calorie counting and alternatives and how portion control is also not one size fits all.
