Danyel Harrell has always been committed to and enthusiastic about assisting others. She's known as a connector who loves bringing people together. A lover of hosting memorable events for family and friends, opening Essential Venue was a natural progression. "I love the idea of getting your loved ones together over an incredible meal in an intimate environment," Danyel says. As a military child and a lover of exploration, Danyel's worldwide travels have shaped her perspective on togetherness and celebration. Danyel notes, "One thing is true of every culture, and that is the desire to celebrate life's most memorable moments with those we love. I'm excited to help that happen at Essential Venue."
A graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Danyel worked passionately in early childhood education, student athletic coaching, and school administration before opening Essential Venue. Whether individuals or other businesses, serving is always top of mind for Danyel. Her past successful ventures, including a home health agency and logistics company, are evidence of her heart for service. In addition, Danyel is a committed and active member of her church. Danyel reflects, "I've been tremendously blessed and seek to bless others as well."
