By now you have probably heard that the 2020 Ironman World Championship that was originally rescheduled from October 2020 to February 2021 has now been cancelled. I have been thinking about how much I am going to miss going there with Bill and Khem and the 303 team. I'm going to miss seeing and being in the presence of the heroes and legends of the sport. Some of you are going to miss racing in February.
One of my favorite memories of my visits was the first time when Bill and I sat at Huggo's watching the Bob Babbitt show and the plan was to interview Mike Reilly after he (Mike) was finished with his interview with Bob. We also asked Bob to sit down with us and talk about the history of Ironman.

Sponsor UCAN:
I got my new UCAN Hydrate formula and this time I'm trying the Orange Citrus. When we had Matt Bach on for an interview, he told us there were a couple of flavors that had a lower flavor profile and Orange Citrus was one. The reason that's important to me is that I have a high sweat rate and a high-average sodium content. I like to double up on the sodium in the bottle without making the flavor overwhelming. I need to order another tub of the Orange Energy formula.
UCAN gives you steady energy so you can finish stronger. UCAN Performance Energy and Bars are powered by SuperStarch®. Use in your training to fuel the healthy way and recover quickly!
