Sara Lautman, New Yorker published cartoonist, has taken a chance on Quigley (2003) and struck gold. This one isn’t Tom Selleck in Australia, or whatever, this is the one that has Gary Busey come back from death as a white Pomeranian who expressly can’t talk. Can Busey/Dog change hearts? He certainly won all of us over and it’s got us talking; we even get a bit existential. It’s a journey of discovery as we ponder life with a dog/man who can save the day by playing video games.
