It's a sad week for us at Global HQ, as longtime SVP & COO Melissa Viscovich departs NAPEO to be chief operating officer at the Pharmacy Quality Alliance. For 26 years, Melissa has made the trains run here, overseeing meetings, membership, and all of our finances. It's impossible to overstate her impact on all of us, and we'll miss her dearly.
