Kelly is coming home to adjust to life outside of rehab, and Tara is not handling it well. Speaking of not handling it well, Nat and Joan broke up and Susan and Clare are not about it. They convince Steve and Brandon to put on an elaborate plan to get them back together. Oh and Joe got heart surgery and is fine now byeeee.
