It’s time for the tribunal. Steve admits his guilt and doesn’t have to go to trial, but Brandon refuses to falsely confess to cheating. Thankfully, Steve can prove that he only cheated this time and not that other time. Meanwhile, it’s Mark’s birthday and Kelly throws him a party he doesn’t want. But it doesn’t matter because no one pays attention to him at said party and he blows up at Kelly about it. Finally, David must decide whether or not to invest in the PPAD, and Donna is worried that the choice is more than a financial one.
