Even though Jacquie, a dental hygienist turned life, health, & wellbeing coach, knew she wanted to help women who struggle in their relationship with food - it was hard to clearly and simply get it across in her messaging.
She’d heard me talk about "taking your coach hat off" on the podcast, but with her clinical background, she was having trouble putting herself in her ideal client’s shoes.
