We assume that any lack of clarity will be a simple fix ~ 15 minutes of coaching from me for a perfectly shiny and sparkly message.

This thinking assumes there’s such a thing as a PERFECT message. 

But that’s the right answer to the wrong question.

There IS no target. Your message keeps evolving. Just like you.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about evolution.
