When we go through heartbreak, we tend to forget about loving ourselves and each other. We will mentally create false thoughts in our minds that will tear us down. Our mind is a powerful tool and this mental sabotage prevents us from healing. In this episode, we discuss how to love ourselves after our hearts have been shattered and rediscovering our worth.
