• Markets are currently up
• CPI and PPI have lowered but are still not where we want to see them

The Fed meets at the end of July and David still predicts that they will come out with a 25 basis point increase and he thinks at least 2 of 3 things need to lower before the Fed stops:

• Housing
• Rent
• Wages
