We spend a lot of time learning to acknowledge, accept and process negative emotions. It's a skill we all definitely need to improve on.
However, I also think there's a missing piece that needs to be discussed.
All emotions are valid and important... and that icludes positive emotions.
Often I find when I am working with clients, they get good a processing and allowing negative emotions, but they have not done the same for feeling positive.
Both are important.
Let's learn how to feel ALL emotions.
