So many of us believe that what we are thinking is a fact and and unchangeable

"I can't figure this out"
"I'm a procrastinator"
"This is a mess"

But if those are facts- we are stuck. We can't change it.

However, learning to piece out the opinions from facts, gives us choices again.

So today I want to walk you through how to distinguish between your opinions and facts and why this is so important to your experiences in life.
