We tend to think we just have strengths and weaknesses. And we can think those weaknesses are a problem that we need to fix.
However, I find when we think about this way, we can tend to be applying shame and judgement which doesn't usually give us any leverage to change or create a strength.
I want to introduce this idea of a weakness is just a strength overused.
