Description

The CEO of Kaged Muscle and Author of Man of Iron, Kris Gethin joins Drew to recount his epic health and fitness journey. Kris transformed himself from a skinny-fat (his words) motocross junkie in Wales to become a world-class bodybuilder, Iron Man competitor, photographer, and writer. He founded his unique Dramatic Transformation Protocol (DTP) by using himself as a human guinea pig to increase his ability to help his personal training clients achieve their goals. In this episode, he describes how his cyclical approach to workouts and nutrition allows him to evolve his protocols past the point where many others stop, his supplement and biohacking protocols, and how he plans to live a strong, long life.
